Data Transfer
Transcribe UK Ltd does not accept any liability for any data uploaded onto or modified on its websites nor for any loss that may result either directly or indirectly from any data that is lost by Transcribe UK Ltd or any of its partners, subcontractors, employees or associates. When uploading data onto the site you are agreeing with this point and your actions are entirely at your own risk.
Transcribe UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse any data uploaded and will not guarantee that all work uploaded to its websites will be transcribed or completed.
Client Responsibility
Transcribe UK Ltd does not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in documents or files. It is the responsibility of the client (or their designated person), author (or their designated person) to proof read and check all transcripts, work, etc. Transcribe UK Ltd do not accept any responsibility for any 3rd party hardware or software including but not exclusively; computers, digital recorders, foot pedals inc player, Smartphones inc apps, broadband or mobile network connections.
Transcripts
Transcripts will be ready for download within 24 hours of a voice file being uploaded unless otherwise arranged in advance or unless a Premium Service is requested. Unusually large files (2 hours or longer) may take longer than 24 hours.
Premium Service
A Premium Service is a faster than 24 hour turnaround. This can be between 2 hours and 12 hours. Premium Service is available for files uploaded Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm UK time. Premium Service files, based on a 15 min file length, will be charged in accordance with the following table.

It is the uploaders responsibility to ensure they have the authority to request Premium Services.
Payment
Transcribe UK will issue an invoice upon completion of the contract or at the agreed period for ongoing contracts. The invoice will be deemed payable upon receipt. Invoices not settled within 30 days will be reissued with any discount removed. Where late payments are incurred these will be charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
